The PlayStation 4 version of survival horror RPG Chernobylite has been confirmed for a 7th September 2021 release, with a native PS5 edition set to follow later on in the year. A new trailer captures the tense gameplay loop of the title alongside developer The Farm 51's visit to the real-life location of Chernobyl. The experience features a fully 3D scanned recreation of the entire Exclusion Zone, complete with some of the team's own horrific creations. The game will be available both digitally on the PS Store and through the usual physical version.
While everyone will play as Igor, an ex-employee of the Chernobyl power plant who has returned to the abandoned city to investigate the disappearance of his wife 30 years prior, no two playthroughs are said to be the same. "The choices and story are in your hands. Choose wisely whether to trust your comrades or not, use resources for survival or research, and to face conflicts or avoid them. The future is up to you." You'll need to engage in stealth, combat, and build up a base full of resources and allies to ensure your survival.

Really looking forward to this one, I'm in!
By the way, PS Network seems to have some issues right now (I too can't go online)

What is it with all these games about Chernobyl? First S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 and now this?
Very interesting
@Jackpaza0508 closest thing we have to an actual radioactive wasteland, makes sense that a lot of games and such would be set there. Plus the recent TV series would have boosted interest again.
Im definitely getting this
Can’t wait for this
